Every Year It Happens
Every year it happens,
our Anniversary comes along.
We sit and look at each other,
knowing the years have made us strong.

It isn't always easy,
we have our ups and downs.
But when our special day comes
we feel so very renown.

It's a massive celebration.
We are super stars.
People come from everywhere
to see this deepest love of ours.

We bow, and wave to the crowd,
making a toast as we hug and kiss.
In those magic moments
our hearts happily reminisce.

Then we turn and walk away,
it's like walking down the isle.
We turn and bow one more time,
wearing our Happy Anniversary smiles!
