~ I Wonder If I ~

I wonder if I left a seed in your heart, something that will always make me a part? A part of  your life you hold within. Some part of me that will live therein. I wonder if I let you open your wings, to soar high in the sky to see what life brings? Was I there to bring you back to the ground, the one who kept you safe and sound? I wonder if I put some sunshine there, something that shines bright beyond compare? Shines bright just to let you know, not to forget me but let my spirit glow. I wonder if I gave you some stars at night, something to dream upon all vivid and bright? Maybe a twinkle way up in the sky, so that if you think of me you might feel high? I wonder if I gave you just some little part, Something to carry deep within your heart? I don't ask that you think of me as the best. Just let me be a part there amongst the rest!
