Little kitty,

left home alone.

What's Momma gonna say

when she gets home?

She works all day

and you make a mess.

When she gets home,

you better confess.

She's gonna know

that you were the one,

there acting silly

and having fun.

When she opens the door

and walks on in,

you'll sit there purring

with a funny grin.

She's gonna say,

what did you do?

You will lick your paw,

is she talking to you?

She will pick you up

and rub your head.

You will be thinking,

can I be fed?

She will go ahead

and clean up the mess.

You just won her over

with your finesse.

You know how it goes

when Momma comes home.

She scratches your head,

and says sorry

for leaving you alone!
