Christmas brings us close to those we love.

It celebrates the birth of jesus sent from above.

As we celebrate this season of wonderful cheer,

I want to make my love for you perfectly clear.

As I sit, and upon my life I gaze,

you make everyday of my life a perfect holiday.

When I feel at my most down and out,

one glance from you lifts my spirit without a doubt.

With you by my side to nudge me along,
